Published Authors

Students will have the opportunity to publish their personal fairy tales, fractured fairy tales, or a story created on their own.  Student Tales, a publishing company is offering the students a chance to publish their writing in a hardboard format.  If students choose not to order from Student Tales, they will still be publishing a story in class using materials available here.

It only costs $1.00 to have each book published.

I have shown the students a sample and they seem to be excited.  If possible, please take advantage of this offer.  What a cheap and exciting way to get kids excited about their writing.

All that is needed is the $1.00.  We will handle the rest.  You will have the opportunity to purchase extra copies, however, it is not a requirement.  More information on this will be sent home next week.

If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please send $1.00 to school with your son or daughter.  If you are writing a check, please write it out to Amanda Taxis.  Mrs. Taxis will then write out one check to the company and send it off.
